Organizational Reforms/Change in Duties of Executive Officer and Personnel Changes
Isuzu Motors Limited (headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa; President and COO: Shinsuke Minami) announces the following organizational reforms, change of duties of an executive officer, and personnel changes effective October 1.

【Organizational Reforms】
- 1The CN (Carbon Neutral) Business Planning Dept. will be newly established within the Carbon Neutral Strategy Division, aiming to accelerate the development of a new business model for a Carbon Neutral era with a forward-looking view to the entire value chain.
- 2The HR Solutions Dept. will be newly established within the Administration Division as a function to identify issues related to human capital management in each division and support the resolution of such issues.
The number of departments will be increased by 2 from 116 to 118 as a result of the reorganization.
