Organizational Reforms, Change in Duties of Executive Officer and Personnel Changes
Isuzu Motors Limited (headquartered in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan; President and COO: Shinsuke Minami; hereinafter “Isuzu”) announces the following organizational reforms, change of duties of an executive officer, and personnel changes effective October 1, 2024.

- 1The Administration Division will be renamed the HR Division in order to strengthen the functions of human resources. Under the HR Division, the administration function will be removed from the General Affairs & HR Service Dept., which will be restructured into the HR Services Dept. dedicated to human resources. The Health & Safety Promotion Dept. will be newly established by separating the health and safety promotion function from the Employee Relations Dept.
- 2A new Administration Division will be established, and the Legal Dept. and the Enterprise Risk Management Dept. will be transferred and come under it. The General Affairs & Governance Dept. will be created under the Administration Division so as to integrate the administration function removed from the General Affairs & HR Service Dept. and the governance function.
With the organizational reform, the number of departments will increase by two from 117 to 119.
